Remember to build in lead time for planning, production, distribution, etc. University Marketing & Communications (UMC) will evaluate your desired project completion date versus current workloads within the department and other factors, such as print vendor lead times. UMC will develop a project schedule and communicate that to you as the client. Every effort will be made by University Marketing & Communications to accommodate reasonable desired completion dates. However, please note that project requests should be submitted as soon as possible in order to enter the UMC workflow process. A minimum of 2-3 weeks notice is required for all projects.
